From Richard Horn Brooklyn To the editor: Just some thoughts about the tremendous honor bestowed on our dairy industry by Bur Wall Holsteins and Emmi Roth. The Gigi cow not only made an outstanding record, she did it on twice-a-day milking at 9 years old which is more than double the average age of dairy cows. Emmi took over and expanded on John Marty's vision for the property.
