After being at the health care town hall with Congressman Ron Kind in Darlington, and seeing the confusion of the people; after hearing the lies and half-truths, I am going to answer some of his questions for him to the American people.

I am referring to a legal detailed analysis of H.R. 3200 which you all may get a copy of online at: www.lc.org. Please read this government intrusion into your lives.

Question 1. Is there any health care coverage for illegal aliens? Answer: Yes. Sec. 152, pg. 50-51: Health care will be provided to all non-U.S. citizens. Rep. Kind said "No."

Question 2. Who wrote the bill? Answer: No one seems to know, not even Rep. Kind.

Question 3. It is unconstitutional for the federal government to direct or mandate health care? Rep. Kind, no answer.

Question 4: Is there funding for abortion in this health care bill? Answer, Yes. Rep. Kind said "No." Sec 1714, Pg. 769: Federal government mandates eligibility for State Family Planning Services. Abortion and government control intertwined.

Here are some more things from the health care bill you should know.

• Sec. 122, pg. 29, lines 4-16: Your health care will be rationed.

• Sec 163, pg. 59, lines 21-24: Government will have direct access to your bank accounts.

• Sec 312, Pg. 145, lines 15-17: Employers must auto-enroll employees into public option plan. (Choice?)

• Sec. 313, pg. 149, lines 16-23: Any employer with a payroll of $400,000 and above who does not provide a public option pays an 8 percent tax on all payroll. (Choice?)

• Businesses with payrolls between $251,000 and $400,000 who do not provide public options pay 2 to 6 percent tax on all payroll. (Choice?)

• Sec 401.59B, pg. 167, lines 18-23: Any individual who does not have acceptable care, according to the government, will be taxed 2.5 percent of income. (Choice?)

• Sec. 1121, pg. 239, lines 14-24: The government will limit and reduce physician services for Medicaid - seniors, low-income and the poor are the ones affected.

• Sec. 1162, pg. 341, lines 3-9: The government has authority to disqualify Medicare Advantage Plans (part B), HMOs, etc. This will force people into a government plan. (Choice?)

• Sec 1233, pg. 430, lines 11-15: The government will decide what level of treatment you will have at the end of life.

And there is more, a lot more. People, please get a copy and read this bill. Be informed.
