Financial mess marks prophetic primetime

I don't claim to be an economist or a prophet. But this is what I see happening in our financial climate we find ourselves in in America. We should have let these businesses fail and then help the poor. It's that simple. Those that lose because of bad financial decisions, go back to basics and begin living without greed and start living with gratitude. Having said that ...

There is talk about going to a worldwide currency. This will happen eventually. James 5:3 speaks of "heaping treasure together for the last days." This is exactly what's happening. This gigantic "bailout bubble" is going to burst. And when it does, the U.S. dollar will become obsolete on the world market. It will be useless.

Imagine a ratio of 10-1. Your million dollars in cash becoming $100,000, or even 50-1, as we are forced to exchange our worthless currency into a world standard of currency. World travelers know how this works. There was a day when the dollar carried alot of weight around the world. No more. I can't imagine the exchange rate of the dollar today overseas.

All this talk about balancing budgets. What the world is seeking to do is balance the value of currency. Because of this financial shock around the world, riots and crime will escalate. I.D. theft goes more rampant. Bank and credit cards aren't secure enough anymore. A mark or tattoo is the only plausible answer. We are in prophetic prime-time.

This is good news for the church that we are on the path that was prophesied in scripture concerning the last days and Jesus' return. War and the wrestling with wealth is all that man has left. This "man of sin" that will appear in God's time. That is all he will have to offer the world. He will promise peace, but war is his plan. He will promise prosperity but will control economics with a mark. Oh, yes, he also has this pet-peave to be worshipped. So much so, he asked the Son of God to worship him. Pretty bold of him to ask. (Matt 4:8-10)
