Dems were pushed into recall

Belleville

Lately I have read that recalls are too easy here in Wisconsin. If you believe this try it yourself. They require a considerable amount of thought and reason as well as a huge degree of effort. I have read of critics listing one reason for the recall - that being political. Bull!

I feel the citizens pushed the Democratic Party into this. It seemed the party was reluctant to have a recall. Once polling revealed the declining standings for the governor, more have jumped on board. For reasons why people throughout the state are working for Gov. Walker's recall you can check out www.recallwalkerhq. If you click on "Failures," there are eleven topics showing many reasons: deception, corruption, cronyism, power grabs, incompetence, jobs failures, hypocrisy, women's issues, education, health care, and ag/environment.

Regarding the amount of effort, this recall started with the planning of hundreds of citizens and thousands of hours. I was told there are 72 separate citizen recall groups in Wisconsin. We have recall stations and/or volunteers in Monroe, Monticello, New Glarus, Belleville, Brodhead, Albany, and Paoli. Please feel welcome to stop in to sign the petition and volunteer if you can. This is a citizen-driven recall by Wisconsin volunteers and not paid professionals.
