Budget repair act is unconstitutional

The Budget Repair Act that eliminated collective bargaining and busts public employee unions is unconstitutional because it strips away the rights of collective bargaining and unionizing. Once a right is granted, it is unconstitutional to eliminate or take it away. Collective bargaining by public employees is part of the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. Unionizing is a form of the right to public assembly. Both are guaranteed in the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. What is next that the rich, big business and corporations want their Republican stooges to do; eliminate the Emancipation Proclamation and the 13th and 14th amendments of the U.S. Constitution so that the can bring back slavery? Walker and his crony Republicans keep bring up the fact that the federal government doesn't have collective bargaining, but that is like comparing apples and oranges. The federal government has a different system than Wisconsin and some other states have. If public employees want to go to a system like the federal government, that is up to them and not Walker and his crony Republicans.
