Budget repair act is unconstitutional
Placeholder Image
From Dave Searles Brodhead The Budget Repair Act that eliminated collective bargaining and busts public employee unions is unconstitutional because it strips away the rights of collective bargaining and unionizing. Once a right is granted, it is unconstitutional to eliminate or take it away. Collective bargaining by public employees is part of the right to petition the government for redress of grievances.
