I would like to give a bunch of beautiful blossoms to the Browntown Busy Beavers. I left work on May 8 and had a lovely flower at my door. I came home and there was another. My husband came home and he had one in front of his shop. It made me smile and I want them to know that they and their leader Tina Fey are doing a wonderful job and they are appreciated. - Donna Wyss



I would like to give a huge blossom to all the mail carriers and people who donate food for the postal food drive last Saturday. It was a huge success. Over 9,400 pounds of food was collected. It is greatly appreciated by the Monroe Food Pantry. Also a blossom to the Monroe High School students who came to the food pantry on their service day and helped with cleaning and stocking of the shelves. - Maynard Heins, food pantry coordinator
