Would like to give the Monroe community a huge blossom for participating in the Million Pound Challenge, a partnership between Second Harvest Food Bank and the Princeton Club. For each pound lost or hour exercised, 10 pounds of food was donated to the Green County Food Pantry. Over 117,000 pounds of food has been credited to us with the Monroe school district being the top in the state. Thank you to all who helped. - Maynard Heins, Food Pantry coordinator
