The Green County Historical Society would like to give the Monroe Garden Club a blossom for the beautiful flowers and the work they did planting them for us. The flowers will be enjoyed by the members of the society and also the many people who come to visit us this season. Thank you so much ladies. - Christie Strait

A huge blossom to Al Gerber and Tom Boll and their crews from the City of Monroe engineering and street departments for repairing curb and gutters and painting black pedestrian crossings on sidewalks so our downtown shines for this year's Cheese Days. Kudos to Jean Tullett for funding a crew to remove Christmas boughs from the flower planters in time for planting the summer flowers you see on and off the Square. - Donna Glynn, Co-chair, Monroe Main Street Design Committee

A blossom to all of the staff at Northside Elementary School for all you have done for your students this year. Also, a huge bouquet of blossoms to our son's teacher, Jane Studer. He loves school and it is because of all of you. Thank you. - Donna and Jeremy Cairy

A blossom to the City of Monroe for the installation of signage to alert motorists of the Badger State Trail crossings in the city. It is greatly appreciated and very timely with the long awaited arrival of summer. - Bernie Robertson, Friends of the Badger State Trail board member
