A barb against the choices of really bad and really, really bad for mayor of Brodhead. We need someone who is civic-minded and progressive to run as a write-in candidate for mayor. - Dave Searles

A big barb to whoever was in charge of what product to use to seal the cracks in the parking ramp. That stuff constantly drips onto vehicles when the weather is damp/wet and if you're not there wiping when it first drips down, you will pay h- -l getting it off the glass, let alone paint.

A big blossom to whoever responds to this with what product can be used to remove the white stuff without taking the paint/finish with it. -Anonymous

A blossom to the private organization that is going to publish the names of the people who signed the recall petitions by geographic areas. People will now have more choices of businesses that can be boycotted, not just those that contributed to Gov. Walker. Democrat Kathleen Vinehout (possible Dem. challenger for governor) stood with the unions, especially AFSCME, encouraging people to boycott businesses who had employees who donated to Walker, even to the point that in Racine where businesses were threatened that if they didn't put anti-Walker signs in their windows, union members would boycott the business. We'll see if the old saying "what's good for the goose is good for the gander" will hold true for all those union members who thought boycotting a business because of whom their employees donated to in an election will agree that it's OK for someone to boycott a business because an employee signed the recall petition. Turnaround is fair play. -Anonymous

We would like to give a bouquet of catnip blossoms to Eric and friends at Beast Buffet. They have been avid supporters through donations and gift certificates to Pleasant View's pets. Thank you for all you do. We appreciate you. - Pets of Pleasant View Nursing Home
