A blossom to Dave Searles, >the biggest complainer on here. I want to give you a great big bright wonderful blossom so that maybe you will smile for the first time this year before the year runs out. In return, you will have a good holiday season and think of something on the brighter side. Remember, it's not good for your health to get worked up over everything you disagree with. Please try to choose your battles, as I have chosen the biggest blossom off the plant just for you. Happy holidays and best wishes! - Smile>

I have a barb to the Times >for having blogs set up for sports and Mixed Media and not having anyone blogging on them. The last time the sports one was updated was July 30 and the Mixed Media was April 11. I do give Jeff Rogers a blossom >for blogging on his From the Editor's Desk as often as possible. I love reading the paper online and wish you would once again try to get these areas covered or get rid of them. - Anonymous>

I would like to send out a blossom to Dennis Dalton >for all his work on this year's Christmas Parade. A blossom to all those who braved the cold to watch and participate in the parade, as well, and finally a thank you to all the sponsors and the fire and police department for your efforts in a job well done. - R. A huge blossom to Tom and Ingrid Ranum, >who most graciously donated a wonderful collection to the Monroe Police Department to be shared with children who have contact with the police department. In the vast majority of these contacts, the child is a victim, and any comfort to them helps ease their pain. Your generosity is most appreciated. Thank you so much! - MNPD>
