The Green County Historical Society sends blossoms to each person or business that supported its window renovation project. Conrad Schmitt Studios of New Berlin finished work last week Thursday. GCHS is overwhelmed that the project was completed in 18 months instead of five years, thanks to a generous community. You will be able to see the windows from 1 to 4 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from June 6 through October. - Green County Historical Society



A barb to the stupidity of people putting lumber, dirt from sweeping the garage, chicken wire, pumpkin, cat and dog manure, tires, etc. in recycling bins. These people are going to ruin this wonderful service for the rest of us that put clean recyclables in the bins. - Alice Ladwig
