JANESVILLE — Despite the weather forecast, 14 Monroe Wrestling Club wrestlers competed in the Janesville Parker Youth Tournament Feb. 9. The Monroe Wrestling Club took sixth place as a team.

Individual results 

In the kindergarten Bracket: Decklin Doran (48-50 lbs) second place. 

In the Grade 1-2 Bracket: Jaxon Gobeli (49-50 lbs) fifth place; Blaine Fletcher (54-57 lbs) first place; Gabrielle Harms (55-58 lbs) fifth place; Forrest Treuthardt (55-59 lbs) third place; and Briggs Hoesly (59-64 lbs) fourth place.

In the Grade 3-4 Bracket: Gage Ostby (54-55 lbs) second place; Oliver Helland (70-72 lbs) fifth place; Patrick Harms (91-98 lbs) first place; and Wyatt Weckerly (98-101 lbs) first place.

In the Grade 5-6 Bracket: Gage Jelle (71-78 lbs) third place; and Connor Eckdhal (96-102 lbs) third place.

In the Grade 7-8 Bracket: Payton Weckerly (91-98 lbs) fifth place and Carson Menehan (100-105 lbs) first place.
