WIOTA - The Wiota Indians knocked off the visiting Argyle Beavers 12-7 Thursday, May 23 in Home Talent action.
Alex Abraham picked up the win for the Indians, while Justin Schliem took the loss for the Beavers.
Four Wiota players had multiple hit games. J.J. Hogan was the lone Beaver with multiple hits with a 2-for-4 showing at the plate.

SAUK CITY - The Monroe Brewers took a tough 4-3 loss to Sauk City Thursday, May 23.
Sauk City scored a run in the bottom of the seventh to break a tie and steal the victory.
Adam Schiedegger started on the mound for Monroe and gave up three runs (two earned) in three innings of work. He was relieved by Kris Rieder, who went the final four innings, giving up just one earned run.
Taylor Riese was the top hitter for the Brewers with two hits and three RBIs.
Monroe now sits at 1-4 after the loss. They play at Dodgeville on today, May 25 and at Argyle on Sunday, May 26.
