STEVENS POINT — For many years the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) has presented awards to college athletes recognizing top players at the Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 levels in the state of Wisconsin. Players are eligible if they play at an in-state school or if they played high school basketball in the state.
