In the state tournament, Tordoff averaged 30.5 points per game in Monroe's two games - scoring 28 against Appleton Xavier in Monroe's semifinal win and 33 against Wisconsin Lutheran in the state championship game, tying a state record.
Against Xavier, Tordoff tied a Division 2 tournament record with 17 free throw attempts, and set a new record by making 15 of those shots.
Against Wisconsin Lutheran, the senior finished off his record-setting tournament by hitting eight 3-pointers in 17 attempts.
Tordoff etched his name into the record books seven times in all.
"Even with the loss and if I hadn't broke the records, I would look back on this and say that this is one of the greatest things I will ever accomplish, " Tordoff said after Saturday's loss.
After a four-year varsity career that included three state tournaments and one title, Tordoff will attend either the University of Wisconsin-Platteville or St. Norbert's College next fall.
