Sugar River wins big

CAMBRIDGE - Sugar River senior Dylan Hustad scored two goals to propel the Raiders to a 4-1 win over Cambridge-Deerfield Thursday.

Sugar River senior Nehemiah Noriega gave the Raiders a 1-0 lead by scoring on a penalty kick in the 43rd minute.

The Raiders (1-1, 1-0 Capitol Conference) broke open the match with three goals in the second half. Senior Lukas Diaz scored a goal on an assist from Noriega in the 50th minute. Hustad scored his first goal on an assist from Mike Jennrich in the 68th minute to give the Raiders a 3-0 lead. Moments later, Hustad scored his second goal on a pass from Miguel Santos-Braceros.
