WAUNAKEE - The Sugar River boys soccer team finished third place at the Waunakee tournament Saturday.
The Raiders lost their first game 1-0 to DePere and then beat Henry Sibley, a Twin Cities school, 1-0. Sugar River's Kevin Zimmerman scored the only goal 2 minutes into the game. With the win, Sugar River improves to 2-1.
Zimmerman scored two goals in the Raiders' 3-1 season-opening win over Sauk Prairie Friday, Aug. 22.
