The Sugar River girls soccer team placed five players on the All-Capitol South Conference honor squad and seven players in all were recognized from a Raiders team that finished 17-6-2 overall and second in the league.
Earning first-team status were senior goalkeeper Raylynn Jelle, senior forward Trisha Boley, junior defenders Kaitlin Jennrich and Riley Rung, and sophomore forward Sierra Watrud.
Jelle won 16 games and allowed 24 goals for a .800 goals-against average. She recorded 13 shutouts.
Boley finished with 12 goals and four assists for a team-best 28 points while Watrud tied for third on the team in scoring, her eight goals and eight assists totaling 24 points.
Jennrich had four goals and four assists for 12 points and Rung had two goals for four points.
Junior midfielder Karly Anderson was named to the second team while junior midfielder Shelby Hubbard earned honorable mention.
