BELOIT - The Stateline Area Fastpitch softball teams will be hosting tryouts for the 2014 season Aug. 3-4 and Aug. 10-11 at the Stateline Boys and Girls Club, 1851 Moore St., Beloit.
The stateline area has been well represented by the local fastpitch softball teams. The teams have a combined winning percentage of over .700 and placed in the top three in most of the tournaments, including two state championships.
The tryout schedule is as followed: 16U, 9 to 11 a.m.; 12U, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 14U, 1 to 3 p.m.; and 10U, 3 to 5 p.m.
