MCFARLAND - Brodhead sophomore Erika Stampfli didn't need much run support Friday.

Stampfli pitched a two-hit shutout to lead Brodhead to a 3-0 win over McFarland. Stampfli struck out 11 and walked three as the Cardinals beat the Spartans.

The Cardinals managed just three hits, but that was more than enough for Stampfli.
