South Beloit 63, Juda 47

JUDA - Senior Adam Vogt scored a game-high 20 points to help South Beloit roll to a 63-47 non-conference win over Juda Monday.

South Beloit raced out to a 16-5 first quarter lead.

"They just came out with more energy than we had," Juda coach James Pickett said. "They set the tone right away."

South Beloit senior Brett Ott scored 18 points and senior Sebastian Taylor added 17 points.

"He was a difference maker," Pickett said of Taylor. "We had no answer for him."

Juda (5-10, 2-4 Six Rivers East) will play at Barneveld Thursday.

"They are ahead of us in conference," Pickett said. "They are next up on the chopping block. Any team can win or lose in the Six Rivers on any given night."
