PRAIRIE DU CHIEN - The Darlington-Cuba City girls golf team made the long trip to Prairie du Chien worthwhile Monday afternoon.
The Redbirds fired a team score of 213 to cruise past the host Blackhawks, who scored a 236.
Darlington's Nellie Black won medalist honors with a match-low 44, five strokes better than Prairie du Chien's top score.
Rounding out the scoring foursome for the Redbirds were Ali McCauley, 51; Dani Larson, 58; and Taylor Burke, 60.
The Redbirds play in their conference meet Sept. 24 at a time and location to be determined.
