Schuh tries out for U.S. World Team

MONROE — Brady Schuh, a 2022 Monroe gradaute, participated in theUSA Wrestling U20 World Team Trials June 1-2 in Geneva, Ohio.

Schuh, who wrestles for UW-Parkside, bumped up in weight from 163 to 174 pounds. His bracket featured 128 wrestlers, and Schuh went 3-2 making the consolation round of 32.

Only the top wrestler made the U.S. World Team.

“The experience was great,” Schuh said. “I only train freestyle in the summer, and to wrestle older guys that train it all year and really successful D1 atheltes is really cool to see where I compare.”
