The next three runs in the inning were all unearned after a costly error by Brock Gilkes.

In the fifth, Nimtz left the game with the bases loaded and just one out, and Carney immediately singled home a run off Heer. Cody Carmody scored on a passed ball on the next pitch, and then Presley Hauser and Schraepfer each had RBI singles in the inning to plate three more runs.

Against Argyle, Schraepfer was 1 for 4 with a run and two RBIs. Drew Schliem was 2 for 4 with a double, run and an RBI.
