BELLEVILLE - Sugar River senior Otto Kienitz scored two goals and had three assists to lift the Raiders to a 5-1 win over Dodgeville-Mineral Point in a WIAA Division 2 regional semifinal on Tuesday.
Kienitz scored the Raiders' first goal on an assist from Justin Stadelman at 10 minutes, 6 seconds. Stadelman then scored on a pass from Kienitz to give the Raiders a 2-0 lead. Kienitz scored his second goal on an assist from Alex Uebelacker at 22:14 and Taylor Nealis scored a goal at 31:11 to give the Raiders a 4-0 lead at the half.
The eighth-seeded Raiders received a goal from Travis Loeffelholz at 50:35. Sugar River will play in a regional final at Mount Horeb at 7 p.m. on Thursday.
