BELMONT - The Pecatonica baseball team swept a doubleheader from Belmont on Friday and clinched the Six Rivers East Conference title for the third straight year. Unbeaten Pecatonica rolled to a 15-1 win over Belmont in the first game, and the Vikings topped the Braves 4-0 in the second. "They put in a lot of work in the summer," Pecatonica coach Jim Strommen said of his players.
