BLANCHARDVILLE - Seniors A.J. Hendrickson and Logan Green led the Pecatonica boys basketball team in scoring and combined on a pivotal play late in a 52-45 Six Rivers East victory over Juda on Thursday.
Hendrickson finished with 15 points, giving him 1,975 for his career. Green added 13 points.
Pecatonica (13-4, 8-1) had a 23-17 advantage at halftime and built a nine-point lead in the second half, but Juda cut the margin to one point with about 4 minutes to play.
The Vikings moved the ball around for about a minute on their next possession until Hendrickson threw a pass to Green, who scored on a cutting layup. Pecatonica used free throws down the stretch to keep the Panthers at bay.
