BRODHEAD - Brodhead junior J.J. Panoske scored a game-high 26 points as the Cardinals rolled to a 67-47 win over Palmyra-Eagle Friday night.
Brodhead (8-5, 5-3 Rock Valley) stormed out to a 22-8 first quarter lead. The Cardinals extended their lead to 18 points at halftime.
The Cardinals shot just 6 of 16 from the free throw line. Brodhead junior Carson Scheid-egger scored nine points and junior Alex Wallace added eight.
