Jenna Langmeier reaped the benefits of Argyle's superior teamwork, leading all players with 15 kills. Junior Molly Marass was tops for the Panthers with 17 digs.
"We struggled with serve receive so that made things hard for us," Juda coach Scott Anderson said. "But we did not give up, we chased every ball."
Krista Swaag and Jessica Jordan had three blocks each for the Panthers (4-7, 3-3 Six Rivers East).
"I'm extremely happy with how far this team has come since the first day of practice," Anderson said. "There are three really strong teams in this conference, and we want to be able to compete with those teams. We've just got to keep up the intensity and improve."
Southwestern 3, Darlington 0
The Wildcats breezed to a straight sets victory, beating home team Darlington 25-10, 25-9, 25-17.
Michelle Budden had 16 kills and Madison Kuhl tallied 29 assists for a Southwestern team that had a vast experience advantage. The Redbirds (0-7 SWAL) have no returning varsity players.
"We're a very young team," Darlington coach Jen Schwartz said. "We seem to put some things together some nights - serve well, pass well - but tonight we really didn't do anything very well."
Mariah Wiegel had seven assists for the Redbirds.
"We tend to make some mistakes and get down on ourselves," Schwartz said. "We see bright spots, then fall apart a bit. We will improve."
Monticello 3,
Black Hawk 0
Dominant conference play has been a theme for the Ponies this season and success continued as they cruised to victory over Black Hawk 25-19, 25-12, 25-13.
Monticello (9-2, 6-0 Six Rivers East) got big games from Marissa Berg and Alyssah Kubly, who had eight kills apiece. Claire Geitzel added five kills for the Ponies.
"Marissa Berg and Claire Gietzel both played smart tonight," Monticello coach Scott Smice said. "I tell them not everything has to be a hard hit, you have to use your head as well."
Sisters Mikayla and Aleigha Sigafus both had three kills for the Warriors. Clare Bruns notched 30 assists for the Ponies.
"We have the best shot to win conference right now but we need to stay focused," Smice said. "Our conference is pretty scrappy, and (at) the tail end of the season we have some very good competition."
Barneveld 3, Albany 0
The match began with a close loss then things fell apart for the Comets as they fell at home to Barneveld 21-25, 11-25, 14-25.
Junior Alexis Kennedy had five kills for Albany (1-5 Six Rivers East) while Samantha Evans had 13 for Barneveld. Danielle Straubhaar led all players with 25 assists for the Eagles.
"In that first game we were moving, receiving, doing everything well except a few minor things," Albany coach Connie Wunschel said. "Then a (Barneveld) server got 10 straight points, of (which) six were aces."
Danielle Straub and Kayla Karden each had seven aces for the Eagles and the Comets managed just one.
"Serve receive is a bad part of our game," Wunschel said. "We keep working on that and nothing changes."

It took the Cardinals just three sets to top Beloit Turner in an interconference match 25-15, 25-18, 25-12.
Carly Mohns had seven kills for Brodhead (4-1 Rock Valley South) and Rachel Heller was right behind her with six. Lauren Kleinschmidt filled up the stat sheet for the Trojans, leading the team in kills (4), aces (3) and blocks (4), but it wasn't enough.
