MONROE - The ninth annual Net 'n Ten 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, sponsored by Monroe Area Rebel Soccer, is set from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, March 17 at the Monroe High School, 1600 26th St. The event is for all third- through eighth-grade basketball players. Concessions will be available.
