MONROE - The Monroe High School boys tennis team's home match Thursday against Jefferson was postponed due to a gun shop burglary in the Janesville area.

The Jefferson School District issued a lockdown and canceled all after-school activities Thursday. A makeup date has not yet been scheduled.

The Sugar River girls soccer team's game at Watertown Luther Prep also was postponed and has been rescheduled for 4:30 p.m. April 20.

The Brodhead-Juda baseball team's home game against Edgerton was rescheduled for 4:45 p.m. April 24. The Black Hawk baseball team's game at New Glarus was also postponed.

The Brodhead softball team's home game against Edgerton was postponed and rescheduled for 4:45 p.m. April 17.

The Darlington Invitational track and field meet was postponed to today.

The Monroe soccer team's game at Janesville Parker scheduled for Wednesday was postponed due to rain. It was the second time the game was rained out. The game has not yet been rescheduled.
