JUDA - Monticello senior Courtney Leuzinger hit a solo home run and Monticello rolled to a 12-4 win over Juda-Albany Monday as the Panthers rested their No. 1 pitcher.

Juda-Albany started sophomore Sara Jordan on the mound and also used senior Cheyenne Ambler as a pitcher. Juda-Albany coach Bill Davis alternated Jordan and Ambler to pitch each inning. Leuzinger hit a solo home run in the Ponies' two-run second inning. Monticello (15-6, 9-4 Six Rivers East) erupted for eight runs in the third.
