Midget League is for boys entering kindergarten-3rd grade in the fall of 2008. Boys entering K-1st grade meet Tuesdays - June 17-July 29 from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m. at Recreation Park. Cost is $16 for residents and $23 for non-residents. Boys entering 2nd and 3rd grade can chose one- or two-night leagues. One-night leagues meet Wednesdays, June 18-July 30, 6:45-8:30 p.m. at Recreation Park. Cost is $16-for residents and $23 for non-residents. Tennis Lessons >
All lessons are at the Recreation Park tennis courts. Session I is July 7-18 and Session II is July 21-Aug. 1. Entering 1st-3rd grade meets from 8 to 8:55 a.m., entering 4th-6th grade meets from 9 to 9:55 a.m., entering 7th and 8th grade meets from 10 to 10:55 a.m. and entering 9th through 12th grade meets from 11 to 11:55 a.m. Cost for either session is $20 for residents and $27 for non-residents.
Tot Tennis Lessons > All lessons are at the Twining Park tennis courts. Session I is June 17 through July 3 and Session II is July 8 through July 24 from 8:50 to 9:20 a.m. This is for children 4-7 years old (must be accompanied by an adult or someone at least 13 yr old). Cost is $12 for residents and $19 for non-residents.
Tennis Clinics>
These clinics are for boys or girls entering 8th through 12th and must have played in the tennis leagues. June 16 through July 2 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Cost is $15 for residents and $22 for non-residents per clinic. Ground Stroke Clinic meets from 9 to 10 a.m., Serving Clinic meets 10 to 11 a.m. and Strategy Clinic meets from 11:00 a.m. to noon.
