Monroe Mat Rats crown two state champions

MONROE - This past weekend, Monroe Mat Rats had 11 wrestlers participate in a WWF Kids Folkstyle State Tournament at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison. The club had two state champions come out of the tournament.
