MILTON - The Monroe boys hockey co-op pulled its goalie late and almost pulled off an improbable comeback in a 5-3 loss to Milton on Monday. The Avalanche's Daniel Guilliams of Freeport Aquin scored a power-play goal on assists from senior Tyler Johnson and freshman Darien Hargrove of Monroe at the 10-minute, 38-second mark in the first period. Monroe drops to 0-10 overall and 0-5 Badger South.
