Grafton senior Sarah Eichler, who led the Black Hawks to a WIAA Division 2 state championship, was named the Associated Press Player of the Year. Eichler, a University of Wisconsin Green Bay recruit, was a unanimous first team all-state selection of the AP. The only other unanimous first team all-state player was Adrian Ritchie of DePere.

Monroe juniors Ashley Hermanson and Jamie Armstrong were named to the honorable mention all-state team by the AP. Black Hawk senior Paige Butler also received honorable mention all-state accolades. Grafton coach Bob Maronde was named Coach of the Year.
