ORFORDVILLE - The Brodhead Wrestling Club had five individual champions and finished second as a team at the Orfordville Tournament on Sunday.
The Monroe Mat Rats also had five champs and placed third.
For Brodhead, first-grader Blake Doran, second-graders Jacob Lohmar and Gage Boegli and third-grader Brayden Erb all went 3-0 with one pin en route to titles.
Seventh-grader Tyler Hoesly went 2-1 with a pin in winning his title.
The Mat Rats' champs included Garrett Voegeli in the First/Second Grade Division, Luke Dubach and Patrick Rielly in Third/Fourth, and Wyatt Heimann and Cole Murray in the Fifth-Eighth Grade Division.
Brodhead kindergartener Joseph Lohmar, second-graders Cole Hoesly and Brady Malkow, third-graders Grant Rosheisen and Kaden Harper, and eighth-grader Dylan Kubly all went 2-1 and finished second.
Runner-up finishes for Monroe included Jack Dubach (First/Second), Max Haffele (First/Second) and Max Patterson (Third/Fourth).
