WIAA Football playoff brackets released

The WIAA released the football brackets for the postseason Saturday:

In Division 5, New Glarus Monticello received the No. 7 seed and will travel to No. 2 Prairie du Chien. The winner will take on the winner of Horicon-Hustisford (3) and Belleville (6).

In Division 6, Darlington received a No. 7 seed and travels to Melrose-Mindoro. The winner plays the winner of Lancaster (3) and Brookwood (6).

WIAA Division 7

Also in Division 6, Pecatonica-Argyle scored a No. 6 seed and will play at Racine Lutheran (3). The winner will play either Ozaukee (7) or Mineral Point (2).

Black Hawk gained a No. 1 seed in Division 7 and hosts Randolph (8). The second round would see either Living Word Lutheran (5) or Potosi-Cassville (4).

All Level 1 games are slated for 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19.
