Rudi again named MHS girls soccer coach
Ms. Rudi

MONROE — Monroe High School has announced that Sam Rudi will be the next girls soccer head coach to lead the program starting for the 2026 spring season. Rudi served as the girls head coach from 2019–2021 and again during the 2023–2024 season. Even in the seasons when she was not at the helm, Rudi remained actively involved with the program, supporting players and the coaching staff to ensure the team’s continued growth. She also was involved with the boys program, as an assistant coach during the 2019-2020 seasons, as well as a volunteer coach with both programs in 2018-2019.

Rudi had previous soccer coaching experience through her work with both Madison youth recreational leagues (MSCR) and the Milwaukee Kickers youth league. Rudi will take over for Kirstie Hinojosa, who led the Cheesemakers to a record of 2-14-1 during the spring 2025 season.
