MONTICELLO — The Six Rivers Varsity Volleyball Tournament was held at Monticello on Saturday Aug. 30 with 9 teams participating; Black Hawk, Southwestern, New Glarus, Benton, Potosi, Juda, Pecatonica, Shullsburg, and Monticello. 

Advancing from pool play to the gold bracket were Pecatonica, Potosi, and Monticello. Potosi was the overall winner with wins over Pecatonica (25-18 and 25-16) and Monticello (25-20 and 25-21).  Pecatonica finished in second place with a win over Monticello in 3 sets (25-13, 20-25, and 15-6). 

Teams playing in the silver bracket were Shullsburg, New Glarus, and Southwestern.  Shullsburg was the Silver Bracket winner. 

Teams playing in the bronze bracket were Black Hawk, Benton, and Juda with Benton winning the bronze bracket.
