The Monroe Booster Club will unveil the new state champions boards that will go up at various entrances around town during a halftime ceremony at Friday’s homecoming game against Fort Atkinson. The board will acknowledge all state champion teams sponsored by Monroe High School, dating back to the 1965 boys basketball team through the most recent state champion bowling team in 2017. Kickoff time for Friday’s game is scheduled for 7 p.m., and the booster club is still accepting donations for installation of the signs.
