WISCONSIN DELLS — Monticello-Belleville senior Peter Gustafson finished tied for 41st overall at the WIAA Division 2 state golf tournament at Trappers Turn in Wisconsin Dells, held June 14-15.

Gustafson carded a 92 on Day 1 on the Par 72 course, then shot an 89 on Day 2, finishing at 37-over-par for the tournament.

Edgewood’s Ethan Arndt won the individual championship, shooting a two-day combined 3-over-par. Edgewood also won the team state title, shooting a combined 61-over par, defeating Lakeland by 17 strokes.
