JANESVILLE — The Fury disposed of the Badger Lightning on Jan. 7, 3-1, then lost to Viroqua the next day, 2-0.

Olivia Combs, Hannah Chady and Lily Clark all scored for the Fury in the win over Badger Lightning. Rock County went up 3-0, with the Lightning’s lone goal coming with just 1:15 left in regulation.

Emma Kilgora had two assists for the Fury, while Marlies Brandli and Combs also had an assist each. Olivia Cronin had 23 saves in net for the Fury, which outshot the Lightning 30-24.

Viroqua outshot Rock County 30-17. Leonie Boettcher scored both goals for Viroqua, one in each of the first two periods.
