VIROQUA — The Rock County Fury improved to 4-1 on the season with a 2-0 shutout of Viroqua in the first Badger Conference game of the year Dec. 7.
Haley Knauf scored both Fury goals in the first period. Anika Einbeck had two assists, while Alyssa Knauf and Samantha Wells each had an assist.
Olivia Cronin had 12 saves in the game, as the Fury outshot the Blackhawks 33-12 on the night.
Up next for Rock County is an away game against the Badger Lightning (1-4, 0-2) in Baraboo Dec. 12.
