SOUTH WAYNE — Black Hawk capped an undefeated conference season with five players receiving all-conference accolades in the Six Rivers East.
Junior hitter Hannah Butler was named not only as a first-team selection, but as the conference player of the year. Sophomore hitter Bailey Butler and senior setter Savanna Burmeister also were honored as first-team all-conference selections. Mia Jackson and Sydney Delzer were honorable mention.
Argyle also had five players net postseason honors, with seniors Jena Saalsaa and Kristen Ostby being named to the first team. Senior Jadyn Saalsaa was a second-team selection and freshmen Maggie Godfrey and Grace Ganshert were honorable mention.
Monticello’s Alyssen Noriega capped her senior season by netting first-team honors. Senior teammates Lindsey Pence and Hannah Zanow were second team and senior Abby Wicker was honorable mention for the Ponies.
Albany senior Libby Beck was a second-team selection with senior teammate Payton Zurfluh an honorable mention selection.
Juda senior Hannah Powers scored second-team honors while fellow classmate Karlee Kesler was honorable mention.

Pecatonica sophomore Sydney Eaton was named to the second team, while fellow sophomore Lily Busser and senior Samantha Holmstrom were both honorable mention selections for the Vikings.

Cheesemakers have three nab postseason Badger South honors
MONROE — Three Cheesemakers were named honorable mention all-conference in the Badger South for volleyball.
Senior Lexi Davis, junior Lily Frehner and sophomore Zoee Pond each nabbed postseason honors for Monroe.
Watertown had six players net postseason honors — the most in the league, followed by Edgewood’s five, Oregon and Milton’s four, and Stoughton and Fort Atkinson’s three. Monona Grove had just two players honored.
Milton senior Chloe Buescher was the only unanimous first-team all-conference player and was named the Badger South Player of the Year.
Darlington’s Mathias, Reuter first-team in SWAL
DARLINGTON — Redbird seniors Roxi Reuter, a setter, and Kathleen Mathias, a middle hitter, were named first-team all-conference in the Southwest Wisconsin Activities League for their play this past fall.
Junior teammate Katie Leahy was named honorable mention.
Cuba City senior hitter Brinley Wood was the SWAL Player of the Year. Cuba City had five players honored in all, with Southwestern and Iowa-Grant each netting three players. Riverdale, Fennimore, and Mineral Point each had two players honored and Boscobel had just one.
Mellenberger lone Knight to be selected all-conference
NEW GLARUS — Sophomore Alexah Mellenberger was the lone Glarner Knight selected as all-conference in Capitol South volleyball. Mellenberger was named to the second team.
New Glarus struggled on the court this past fall, going winless in conference play.
Wisconsin Heights and Waterloo had four players receive all-conference honors, while Marshall and Belleville had three each. Cambridge had just one player honored. Belleville’s Rachael Heittola was unanimous first-team all-conference, while senior teammate Sydney Gentilli was also a first-team selection and Jade Halvensleben was second-team.
Waterloo sophomore Brooke Mosher was one of five unanimous first-team all-conference selections and was named Capitol South Player of the Year.
