EDGERTON — Brodhead fell behind in the first half and couldn’t come back against the Crimson Tide Dec. 3 in a Rock Valley Conference game. Edgerton won 71-56.

Connor Green led Brodhead with 11 points, while Josiah Engen had 10, Cade Walker nine, Chase Harnack eight and Brady Malkow seven.

Edgerton (2-0, 1-0) had five players in double figures, with Brian Rusch and Skyler Gullickson leading the way with 15 each.

Madison Abundant Life/St. Ambrose 59, Albany 43

MADISON — The Comets fell behind by two at halftime and couldn’t recover in their nonconference game Dec. 2.

Seth Byington and Brent Schmiesing led Abundant Life (1-1) with 13 points.

Ben Grosz led Albany (0-2) with 14 points, while Rob Schroeder and Tyler Anderson each had 12. Clay Hulbert added seven.

Argyle 64, Madison Country Day 24

MADISON — Connor Carius led the Orioles (1-0) with 15 points, while teammates Joey Hinojosa and Payton Flannery each topped the double-digit mark in scoring in their season-opening nonconference win Dec. 2. Hinojosa had 13 and Flannery finished with 12.

Madison Country Day (0-2) was led in scoring by Colin Young’s nine points.

Argyle led 30-9 at halftime.

In other area scores, Darlington rolled Barneveld 74-34.
