MONROE - Senior Alex Landen was named Badger South Conference honorable mention as a defender after the second season of the Monroe Avalanche hockey cooperative team's season.
Landen has been involved in the Monroe Avalanche hockey program for 14 years. The other accomplishments for Landen include playing for the Madison Star team, Madison Makos in the spring/summer league and in 2008 he played in the WAHA Cup representing Region 4 where he became a state champion in a shoot-out.
