Kreklow makes top Capitol South team

MONROE - For the second straight year, New Glarus senior Tyler Kreklow was named first-team Capitol South All-Conference.

Kreklow, who averaged 15.2 points per game, led the Glarner Knights to a 13-11 overall record and a 7-3 mark in the Capitol South, good for third place behind Marshall and Cambridge.

Kreklow joined sophomore Trae VandeBerg (15.3 ppg) to form one of the most prolific scoring tandems in the conference. VandeBerg made the second team.

Belleville sophomore Garrison Woods earned honorable mention.

Marshall sophomore Cam Ward was named Capitol South player of the year.
