Knights fall to Waterloo; Cards lose

WATERLOO - New Glarus gave up eight runs in the first two innings to the Pirates in an 11-4 loss Monday.

Nick Stuessy took the loss on the hill for the Knights, despite giving up just three earned runs. New Glarus could only muster up four total hits in the contest.

Palmyra-Eagle 4, Brodhead-Juda 3

PALMYRA - Billy Sangermano and Ethan Douglas each had two hits for the Cardinals in a loss Monday.

Sangermano also started on the hill for Brodhead-Juda, allowing two earned runs on four hits and five walks in four innings. Tyler Malcook pitched the last two innings of relief for the Cardinals.
