MONROE - The Green County Conservation League will host an annual gun show Friday and Saturday at SLICE.
The gun show will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at SLICE, 1632 4th Ave. West, Monroe.
There is a record 155 tables registered for the gun show with guns, ammo, hunting and fishing supplies from three states.
A food stand is also being sponsored by the Green County Conservation League that will serve brats from Zubers in Monroe and cheese from Chalet Cheese in Monroe and Decatur Dairy in Brodhead.
Proceeds from the gun show go toward the preservation of the Green County Wildlife Habitat, scholarship programs, the 4-H shooting program, the Pearl Island recreation corridor in Brodhead, youth hunting programs and hunter safety classes.
